1987 Swiss Federal Diploma at the School of Dentistry, University of Zurich

Trained in LLLT/PBM by his father Zlatko in his pain clinic in Piazza Grande, Locarno, Switzerland, and by his mother Zlata in her dental practice, focusing on LLLT therapy in periodontology, oral surgery, wound healing, mucosal lesions and pain control.

1990 Assistant at the Department of Restorative Dentistry, University of Zurich, with promotion to the title of Doctor of Dentistry in 1991 with a first study on the effects of CO2 laser on dental hard tissues and restorative materials, with subsequent presentation of his work at the 2nd World Congress on Laser Dentistry in Paris;

1991-1993 Assistant at the Oral Surgery Clinic of the University of Zurich, as LLLT/PBM Manager in the treatment of orofacial pain, wound healing and care of patients undergoing head and neck radiation therapy;

1997 Opening of the first Laser Dental Clinic in Zurich, focused on the training and practice of the entire laser-assisted dentistry, also as the official Swiss training center of LA&HA (Laser and Health Academy);

2010 Master in Laser Dentistry at the University of Vienna, led by Prof. Andreas Moritz;

2015 - 2018 Head of the Laser-assisted Dentistry Department at the Dr.Taher Medical Clinic & Life Care HC, in collaboration with the University of Sharjah and the Gulf Medical University Ajman UAE;

2023 Co-founder and CEO of the TicinoLaser SA Center and Clinics, focused on Laser Training and Therapy in medicine and dentistry, PBM photobiomodulation, (photo) acupuncture and HITS (High Intensity Tesla Streaming) treatments, with headquarters in Piazza Grande, Locarno, Italian Switzerland;

Former President of SGOLA (Schweizerische Fachgesellschaft für Orale Laser Applikationen)
Member of SSO (Swiss Dental Society), ALD (Academy of Laser Dentistry) and SOLA (International Society of Laser Application);

International expert lecturer of the Laser and Health Academy LAHA, Ljubljana, the University of Rome (Master Instructor at the Catholic University) and the University of Vienna (Master Instructor);
Member of the editorial board of the Laser & Health Academy LA&HA and LA&HA Master Instructor. Conductor of national and international practical and/or in-office workshops or advanced training on laser-assisted dentistry, speaker at national and international conferences and author of international publications in laser books and dental journals.
